REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Sponsorship letters & fundraiser ideas can be shared with contestants at request, we never want someone to miss the chance to compete due to fees. Payment plans can be worked out in small payments but to ensure the fairness of the system with limited spots monthly payments must be made!
Here are a few reminders to be #ReadytoReign with Reigning American Miss to allow the registration process to run smoothly!
✦Registration will open OCTOBER 1ST through our Facebook & website page at 5pm.
✦State/regional titles are first come first serve, just because your state might be taken does not mean you cannot compete. We have many other titles for each group! Please be ready to list your TOP 3 choices for titles, this can be your state, region, or county/city, we will give you the most available title starting with your first, if that is taken we will move to the second choice, etc.
✦A $100 deposit is required to HOLD your spot in the group & your title choice depending on which is available at the time of registration, only 10 contestants per age group. When a registration form is submitted you will be invoiced to the email listed on your registration form, you then have 24 hours to submit your deposit.
✦When your deposit is submitted you will be added to our contestants group for communication this next year leading up to nationals.
✦Once you have paid $200 of your entry fee THEN your crown & sash will be ORDERED. This is a change from last year, it is to protect the system from spots being taken and not competing! Crowns & sashes take 4-6 to ship ONCE ordered.
✦A payment MUST BE MADE each month to hold your spot in the roster, this can be a smaller payment or a plan worked out with RAM. But without a payment of some type you will be removed from the roster and your spot will be opened back up. This is again to protect the system, preparation starts the moment you submit a registration form and when we get to the national deadline then have contestants back out it greatly affects the system.
SWEETHEART AGES 0-3:
✦Registration will open OCTOBER 1ST through our Facebook & website page at 5pm.
✦Once a registration form is completed an invoice will be sent to your email and your deposit of $50 towards your total is due to hold your spot (and this holds your title choice IF you are adding the optional appointed title).
✦When your deposit is submitted you will be added to our contestants group for communication this next year leading up to pageant weekend.
✦No appointed title is needed to compete, if you would like to purchase one to wear leading up to the pageant or to do appearances/gain sponsors, you are welcome to add that on at any time before the deadline of June 1st. There is a $45 fee to cover the crown & sash, it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive ONCE ordered. It will be ordered WHEN your $50 deposit towards registration is paid AND your $45 title fee is paid!
